Valentines Day, emergency assignment. The kids were rowdy so I refocused their attention on the story of Maria and that of Holy Adoration. Once I told them the story, and twisted it with Tristam and Isolde I played "Schubert's - Ave Maria"
And selectively translated the German for them:

I returned 2 week later and got SWAMPED at lunch. I was teaching an art class, and like 30 kids wanted to show me what they had taken from it, and wanted to show me the emotion and feeling they wanted to convey. Principle thinks I'm using witchcraft of some sort.
