What if the glymphatic system is tied to the vascular system in some individuals via the autonomous nervous system

Whenever I have migraines its because I havent slept properly (largest trigger), and whenever I have one I cant remember hardly anything that happened during it

Whenever you dont sleep or have low qual sleep your glial cells dont function properly so beta amyloid peptides, amongst others, build up

Which leads to irregular synapse firing, its more difficult to get into the "gamma zone" ® (registered trademark of Koba, anyone else who uses it will have to pay royalties)

So maybe, when these peptides build the autonomous nervous system has a vascular restriction response, leading to the migraine
