I saw old Ron Paul speak today. I was fucking floored when he casually mentioned how his German family staunchly opposed American involvement in WWII. He also expressed his pleasure in recent threats by the EU president to agitate for secession in Ohio & Texas. He has a huge grin at the idea of Texas seceding from the US. And I'm sitting there like holy shit...
The absolute madman also insinuated something to the effect of killing Communists, before walking it back to "you can't kill ideas with bullets". Other than that, he hit his usual implicit policy points.
