You need a jet boil or back pack stove to make those cold weather MREs

or a bag of fritos

I mean when it's cold we use the heaters in the MREs to warm ourselves. Just eat the thing cold.

You have to heat them up with body heat and let it get oxygen. It's honestly worth it just because you might as well make things just a little bit better while you're out there.
