Individuals do not nullify the group, and the specific does not invalidate the general
Add race to the mix and they are more aggressive, emotional, violent, have lower impulse control and IQ. This is genetic and cant change.
You will never win a debate with them because there is nothing to debate.
You will find no perfectly "average" person of any group... that doesn't mean the average isn't a representation of the group as a whole.... and the tendencies of that group....
If you want to argue NAXALT on all of these things you're completely missing the point....and you probably don't understand basic statistics
13/50 is wrong because I met Thomas Sowell
@Catboi the point is, you don't interact with groups you interact with individuals. That may be part of that group but for all you know they're the exception and treating anyone as less or more than you without a personal judgment on who they are as an individual is just a bad way of thinking
We make judgement about people based on superficial things all the time, to pretend like you're above it is just moral grand standing.
If whites are bad because they are guilty of slavery in the past then they will be guilty at ALL points in the future in perpetuity. And they dont give a damn about other races doing slavery because their concern is about THEIR OWN "historical narrative" not anthing logical.
Yes, I don't treat some thugged out black guy the same way I'd talk to a black in a suit who drives a mercedes
I'm aware NAXALT, but if it's late and some black guys in hoodies are following me down the street I don't think they're spreading the word of jesus either just because I can't judge them because I haven't met them as individuals
@randomNPCno3 Wrong. You do interact with groups all the time. A person does not take on the form of an individual until you have personal empathy with them. And humans can only have empathy for about 200 people at a time.
As I said before, this is autistic game playing to avoid the realities, and pretend like you're being more virtuous by "treating people as individuals"
No one has time to stop and get to know people personally when they are going about their daily lives.
That sounds like solipsism, which is postmodernist bs
@Catboi well said
<@!580935683082813443> how is it solipsism. Expand on that.
I've already conceded there are excpetions, and that there is literally no "average" person
it's a statistical construct
^
People aren't really people until I've decided, another way of thinking you define your own personal universe
To act like that construct of "average" can tell you nothing about what you're likely to encounter in the world is deliberate stupidity
@randomNPCno3 You misunderstand me. People are NEVER individuals at any point. Individuality is a feeling not a reality.
I'm not sure I'd go that far, but then again ***WE LIVE IN A SOCIETY***
we do live in a society
@Catboi Ists a little hyperbolic, but I do that to make a point. The way he thinks about "individuals" is 100% wrong and doesn't exist.
As if he wouldn't run if he saw some thugged out dudes following him down the street
^
I already said this a long time ago
he makes these declarations
but it's not how he actually lives his real life
it's like the Antinatalists
And how would you know that
They say how life isn't worth living, and how we'll suffer more than have pleasure or any kind of gratification...and yet they don't commit suicide
Because you'd be a disabled autistic person who couldn't function
Which I suppose is possible
are you an autistic libertarian on welfare?
No, and I have work in a few hours
It's conversations like this that made me where I am politically today.
This shit is dogma for so many people. You'll never convince them with argument.
I dunno it's NAXALT over and over
