You're not wrong to be skeptical, but that gun Wyatt linked does seem like a good 400yd+ entry platform
beeger boolet
no
To learn what you actually want to drop money on
lol
wot
They shoot literally the same projectiles @Convo
I still think the best is to learn on 17 or 22
Israel
I would own a win mag if it was a more common round
It gets you involved
Wel true learning
You learn the fundamentals
look at the jew symbols on the wall
Stephen where the fuck do you live
I learned on 7.62x54r lol
Where I live it's everywhere
I'm assuming someone proficient in rifle shooting but has never done long range
Because these tiny bullets are so easily manipulated by the outside forces
They really teach you about wind, drop etc
All while being able to get good at your local 100 yard range
Again, you aren't wrong, but there are steps.
Which is super easy access to normies
I've got a .308 @Caerulus_Rex I was looking for something really long range. the 6.5 looks similar to the .308, is it worth it two have a 6.5 and .308?
to have*
I learned long range on a 50 cal
Right and a 400yd+ range is much harder to come by
Damn, that's expensive learning
Im just saying what I suggest to normies on a budget is that
Implying I paid for ammo
yea im fantasizing about dropping cash i dont have yet on a .338, but I hear its not worth the money per round
Nope
@SledgeHammer near nyc
@BershaeS .308 ammo is easily obtained and a better SHTF option. 6.5 creedmore has better ballistic properties and is a competition round.
It's shooting 5 dollar bills
That's why Stephen
yea, I've got a .308 on the ar 10 platform. Figure I'll just use what I got and put the cash towards tardets and ammo
