My cousin is a spec ops Diver with the army. I don’t know if they are called rangers, or something else. He is the only army. The rest of my family are marines.
Aren't we always technically in a state of emergency in some ways. Fear is something we choose, someone cannot make us fearful. Best way to stop worry or fear is ask yourself what if the worst case scenario happens, what would I do? Then make a plan. Logically and statistically speaking, the worst case scenario will NOT happen, but at least you have now empowered yourself with options.
And EVERYONE should always question EVERYTHING they hear or read. Don't ever take anything at face value. Question something and do your own research. Empower yourself.
