also if it's illegal in belize but not in those states...it's still illegal

let me put it to u this way...it's 16 in my state..if i got pics of me doing a 16yr old..would i be hauled into jail or get hunted down in the streets by the police or others if i visited another state....no..they could try but i would have legal protection from it..because i would only do it where it was legal for where i resided in and legal where the parties involved were legal in

and only in areas where it was legal even tho other states or nations consider it illegal

rule of law applies both ways. u can't arrest somebody for doing something that legal where they live in unless it's a human rights violation type of crime...consentual behavior between 2 or more parties while legal in their home residentials is still legal...except in areas that are not legal..such as some nations or states

friend found out that the hard way, at the time, he was in a consensual relationship with somebody just at legal age, was going to get married...went to another area to get married..but the other area had a higher age requirement for consent...he got 12 yrs in jail for consentual relationship even with parents permission

ok, nj has state legal age of 19, but marrying age of 5

a person could get married at any age..then have sexual relations reguardless of age of consent restrictions

anyway..the only exception to the age of consent of home state, is doing it in another state with a higher age of consent

that will get the person arrested

the older one

but if the both parties involved grow to being over age of consent on national level..say 18 to 21 on average..then they can have consensual relations without issues
