also u have to take into effect the forced changing of system for teachers...my older sis is a certified teacher
she had to go to another college just to get teaching creds to teach locally...she couldn't use the college creds she got at penn state because this state has weird rules saying u have to be college educated in teaching out of state to work in state
state was mostly red at the time
they wanted college creds from a dem state
for work in this dem city
That is weird
and only ones on the approved list....ie - liberal programming centers
the ds problem was either they got too greedy, or they got sloppy and moved too fast in some areas, and slow in others
100yrs plan isn't enough time for this type of conversion
