In the video the Blac Bloc are shown throwing rocks, setting smoke bombs, and vandalizing by the U.S. courthouse. There were threats that the main entrance was going to be bombed.

^^^ By 0:37 if you focus by the opening space in front of the crowd, you will notice a Black/Yellow masked man (Phoenix Jones) holding a canister backing off of a smoke bomb, and later in 0:50 another two men, one with his face half exposed clearing the area, and the other one masked in full black (Midnight Jack) also holding a canister, patrolling the area. By 0:52 a rock almost hits Midnight Jack, and in response he pepper sprays the rioters surrounding him. Then there's another clip of Blac Bloc vandalizing a retail store left unsupervized, being cheered by the protesters. The difference 3 men can make is astounding.
