How's your fight against the meds going?
Not taking a lot, but also not managing to get more than 5 hours of sleep a day
Some crazy levels of insomnia or something
No crazy hallucinations either since I haven't been taking much, so that's a plus. Just wish I could manage more sleep in one sitting
I'm generally against mixing and taking sleeping pills in general

I've tried to take it in the past, even mixing it with a low dose of my current stuff and it just doesn't work.
As far as I can tell, DPH and Melatonin don't work well together, and attempting to take it by itself just gives me a headache. One nigga recommend Kratom, but I haven't even started looking for it

Sorry to hear that. I usually try and do something constructive at least once a day, even if it's just making your bed or doing some dishes or cooking a meal. Just gives me satisfaction knowing I did at least one thing so that might help
