Whole clove of garlic

You can place a whole clove of garlic into the ear to treat ear pain or tinnitus. This method is not recommended for children.

What you’ll need:

one clove of garlic, peeled
small piece of gauze
washcloth
Here’s how to do it:

Peel a clove of garlic and cut the tip off of one end. Wrap the clove in the gauze and rest the wrapped clove in the ear with the cut end facing into the ear. The garlic clove should not go inside of your ear canal. Hold a warm washcloth over the ear until the ear pain is gone.

If your ear pain gets worse, stop using the garlic and speak to a medical professional about your symptoms.

So based on ingredients for a cold remedy from Red Barn Naturals given to me by my niece... I put a spoonful of honey, approx 1/2tsp each of cinnamon, turmeric, ginger & whatever amt. of black pepper I could grind... maybe 1/4 tsp? In a mug of hot water.... a bit peppery but not unpleasant. After about 2-3hrs, my nose was not stuffed up, but my mouth was quite dry. You have to keep swirling the contents to get more of the spices . I think cinnamon & turmeric can get quite gummy. I will probably have to do another one tomorrow, but I am no longer breathing through my mouth! I definitely used more of each spice than what would be in a pre-made spoonful of the product.

Fresh Habanero Peppers. Jalapeno Peppers. Lots of raw garlic, raw ginger & a whole lime with the rind peeled with a vegetable peeler (careful it's sharp) quartered & throw it into a magic bullet blender. Add a bit of lemon juice as needed to make it flow evenly in the blender.
