Well, I started wanting to pet dogs with long ears more after Archie died.
I missed him a lot.
Still do.
Was Archie your Bassett?
Ah.
A shame, it must be wonderful to have a basset.
Nope, a doberman.
Uncut, they have a decent amount of ear.
And tails that whip things off coffee tables.
Not a huge amount of ear, but some.
I'm watching videos of Bassets now. I can see the appeal of them
It seems the more gentle dogs are, the more stubborn they are.
And the more ear they have.
i can see that lol
I imagine your basset is very gentle, and very stubborn?
yup
unless he is playing or has something in his mouth
I've noticed that the less gentle dogs are also less stubborn.
lol
thats fire
?
aww
He observes the outside through the front door from there
And one more
I'd love to pet a basset.
Does he fall asleep when you pet him?
Depends
Don't you dare tarnish the reputation of the Russian borzoi. The tsar had (((them))) in serfdom for a reason
I got to pet two blue heeler/hound cross pups.
They are extremely cute and love it when you gently stroke all their velvety ear.
I just saw Isle of Dogs. I think <#407081992371306496> will like that one. Very pro dog.

A few hours ago I petted a dachshund named Walnut. He looked into my eyes and loved it when I gently stroked his soft, soft ears. I learned after that that he was separated from the other dogs, and growled at people. For some reason, although I'd never met him, he took a liking to me
