OH.
No, it was a Roth Steyr 1907, even older.
That too. The austrians made nice pistols
This I part of why I want to move from Dingostan to Burgerland.
The main reason is this though: www.atomicpetportraits.com/the-worlds-longest-ears/
It seems that pistol saw service till '45, so good on it
One of the coolest pistols is the Borchardt c93.
I want one so badly.
I know they're retardedly impractical but...
...so cool...
That or a broomhandle Mauser. Even better if you can get the stock/holster
The Borchardt is a lot wierder, so I love it far more.
The maker, whilst brilliant, was fucked in the head in a way that made him unable to improve upon it.
Dream rifle would probably be an FNFAL
The guy that made the case is a mechanical engineer, he says he has yet to actually cut the space for the optic @Dinosorcerer.
Vz. 61. Best comedy sidearm. A deceptively well-behaved machine pistol.

I'll be going pheasant hunting with my uncle in Minnesota
People in fosscad 3D printed a very good vz.61 lower reciever.
It's not quite that simple.
Good luck 3D printing decent barrels, even with metal printing.
I have a feeling it'll get there
Besides, it's not like finding gun barrels is the problem
Unless you have strong gun control.
That's why fosscad is working on 3D printed ECM stuff for the boring, chambering, and rifling of barrels.
@Dinosorcerer What do you do for a job?
(Not asking for business names or anything, just general field.)
In college right now. Hoping to go into the Navy's nuclear power program.
What is the degree program?
Physics
Bachelor of science
What tools do you have?
Tools?
I have access to drill presses, lathes, mills.
CNC?
No
Ah, ok.
At least I don't have access to one that I'd feel comfortable milling an unregistered upper or lower on
How proficient are you in using lathes and mills?
