I'm thinking something is out of place and i need to see a chiropractor, ive never been to one before

Up until these incidents id been training regularly since my insane car wreck and had even gotten back up to my full strength on shit

but i'm thinking having my car flip 6 times in january, somethingcould be out of alignment in my spine and i should see a chiropractor for this.

and @Convo i was feeling good, hadn't done deadlifts in months, did two sets of 8 at 225 easy to warm up, then got some water and felt like i was beat in the head with a baseball bat

last week it happened too, did 3x12 at 220 on lat pulldowns, and then did 2x12 flat dumbell press with 100lb dumbells, did one more set with 95s, and same shit happened.

i'm 5'9, 185lbs if you care. make fun of me @Convo 😦 or tell me what the fuck is happening i cant be dying yet im 30
