Bacially, we need to stop letting countries think that western civilization is the peoblem. If we withdraw our support and aid from bad players. We can force countries to rise or fall on their own merits. If they rise, great. It's easier and cheaper than military conquest. If they fall, also great. They will gladly sign over their resources and soverignty to us in exchange for our assistance. That's still cheaper than fighting guerrilla warfare for the entirety of our occupation.
