The first goal should be organization, then recruitment. That order is very important. People need to be told what to do. Leadership is the most underrated skill next to organization. Most leaders have little of either. It starts at the bottom, with any ethnonationalist group setting standards and practicing them every day.

Putting flyers out is minimally effective for marketing. It takes balls to do, but most people walk by flyers without reading them, much less following up on what they read. Interviews with TYT and getting on cable TV are good for mass outreach but your message WILL be deformed either through editing or contextual editorials to modify the lens you are seen in.

The most effective and time-proven way to gain followers is face-to-face recruitment. Door knocking is the most effective way to do this, but also the least pleasant-not a good long term plan. A WN group should seek out public activities that are in high traffic areas and have them doing some sort of community project that IS pleasant for members of a WN. If there was a way to facilitate an outreach program to white men within the military, many of whom feel deracinated but are apolitical there could be a large influx of supporters. As a WN group gets supporters it needs to train leaders to organize under a standard.


Every organization is as powerful as it is organized. With only large numbers and no goals, no organization and/or leadership to carry out standards there is effectively no movement. For an example of this, look at the Proud Boys .

They win against antifa and get interviews, which are promptly discarded and never make it to Cable TV or Youtube. I know this because I have been told by PB chapter leaders that they never get their interviews aired. What can women do other than produce children etc... that's a long term solution.

Women can do the most important thing which is not just to tell white children their history and how they should be proud, but other men starting with their family.

@BershaeS i think one thing we can start doing is building local groups focused on re-establishing communities of like minded people that actually do things that are beneficial to all members of the group

things like pooling child care, canning days, pooling various resources, tools, labor, etc.

in some areas i could see a community garden/small farm being viable

Organization has a direct effect on members, especially if they're showing up to a protest that may turn violent.

Knowing who you will be meeting, who will be driving you, what to bring, what to expect, having been trained for it by setting an outlined training schedule that was set up weeks in advance to allow maximum attendance, etc -these things have a dramatic effect on people's attitude and willingness to show up and most importantly -their own identity; They will see status and strength within themselves because they are part of a system which acts to protect and elevate them, not some social club that you'll show up to if you dont have anything going on next weekend
