i know of the importance, just saying ive never seen a block of it for machining

you don't machine it, you cast it from melted zinc

you only machine the necessary surfaces

I haven't taken my zinc in a few days.

I've felt kind of low energy and thought maybe I've taken too much. I hear taking too much makes you feel similar to if you have too little.
