i think my slav genes just make me automatically good with an AK

i can go months without range time and be fucking on point

but i put way too much into my latest AR to run that most the time. i just am gonna investigate having my rig be able to fit either mags, in case i want to LARP as spetsnatz

I can use an AK but they are not my style, they are simple enough I just dont like certain things about them

trigger slap generally speaking sucks on almost all AKs

many builds are shit due to skill required

I hate no bolt hold open device

and yes I know you can add and re do trigger bla bla

bottom line is I am faster, more accurate and overall better fighter with an AR vs AK

though i have made upgrades on my SLR107, the ALG lightning blow trigger you can file the pins down to hardly have any travel at all

depends on how you train with them, It takes me a bit to get used to knocking out a mag then forward and back on reloads

AR with a quick amount of time behind it I can generally reload in 1 second-2 even under stress

index high, toss mag to side, beer can grip, index in, palm to bolt release back down on the weapon

most people with an AK take their hand off the grip to chamber a round after inserting a new mag too, you dont see most people who can quickly reach with non trigger hand to do it

when we got in close to the enemy mech company in the bowl I was dumping mags and reloading on the run like a champ

palm shell turn shotty to side drop in, ride the the pump out

it just slams shut when you drop empty mag

slower reloads no matter technique

with a pump I shoot cycle feed and keep doing that to keep shells in the weapon as long as you have one in chamber you can keep palm feeding the tube
