Doesn’t seem to just be the wahmen, though. More a culture issue with the company he’s working for. Small workforce. Expectation of “anyone remotely associated to IT will help me with all my tech issues”.

1 year ago I would say "what's wrong with that" but nowadays the lowkey manipulation, just because you're "a nice guy" is pissing me off

It happens everywhere. Not just at workplaces.

I have only one concrete rule when it comes to work: “Is that what you hired and are paying me for?” If the answer is “No”, find someone else or start paying me more.

Good rule.

Establish boundaries.

Not too long ago I made it very clear that I don't deal with mentally unstable people.

I work with a buddy of mine, he got me a job in IT.

But the women there walk all over him

now, he's got the short stick biologically

he's very short

can't grow a beard

etc

so the women walk all over him there

I have a soy beard.

but now that I am there in the corner

I judge the shit out of the women

and they can feel it

and they hate it

and they have to conform to my pressure
