I use federal hydrashock rounds for my personal CC. Job requirement is .45ACP and we're issued gold dot.

i've been in a tossup between 124gr +p gold dots, remington golden sabers, and federal HST 124gr

been a while and i still cant narrow it down

You can't go wrong with gold dots, and federal is supurb ammo. It's more what your gun likes really.
