If we could get a proper business plan... a good 10 year plan. Realistic, real numbers. I can get a couple people on board that are in the field of machine learning now.

But they don't move for anything less than cold hard cash. Which can be got with a proper plan.

A good plan... two companies which "compete" against each other. Have basically branches of the business set up. That way we can squeeze funding left and right.

I can get 250K for a tech company pretty easy from the government here. I'm sure the USA has shit like that too... and other places.

Have 2-4 businesses working on different aspects of the projects. Then come together in a merger when it's time to start producing.

There are all kinds of things that can be done to speed it up exponentially. Shit like funding, good workers, data, all that shit can be got in spades.

You just need hard work, drive, and a fork lift to transport your king kong sized balls around and it can be done.

I don't know anyone with balls enough to go 10 million dollars into debt for somehting like this. That's what it would take. No fear. No excuses... just non-stop hamming away at the problems systemically and thinking 10-steps ahead where ever possible.
