@ecks yeah don't do strength training but don't do too much cardio either - it's all about diet to lose the weight then add cardio and strength training

If you're 270lbs, don't go running. Do rowing/biking/low impact. It's all about changing food intake to lose weight then increase higher impact like sprints.

It's the ideal physique. A swimmer's v tapper. Eat right. Do some cardio. Lift heavy things and put them down.
Body builders are basically super Saiyan grade 4's with bulky bodies. How can you catch your enemy with no speed?
