@Iheanacho Compliance is my issue but I actually fast from Friday evening meal to Monday evening meal ๐ I don't workout on weekends so might as well let my body chill.
I personally have a problem with gaining weight, I stay at 135 no matter how much I eat (I usually eat 4k cal a day)
I did notice my appetite has been rather haywack lately. Emotions still affect my appetite but I still do not eat as much as I used to.
But I'm at an ideal BMI so I don't want to gain anyways

I think the game dev days are what took a toll on my natural appetite.
As long as you can do pullups, pushups, squats and run - you're good ๐

@ecks Iโm 22. I was the fat nerd at school. I do like being strong though, so Iโm gonna try to do some strength training
I do squats, sit-ups, and drink PLENTY of juice

@ecks yeah don't do strength training but don't do too much cardio either - it's all about diet to lose the weight then add cardio and strength training

If you're overweight do lots more cardio than strength

and if you're repping, do lower weight with more reps

If you're 270lbs, don't go running. Do rowing/biking/low impact. It's all about changing food intake to lose weight then increase higher impact like sprints.
Better track runners.
Especially them teenagers.

strength and weight actually weighs down one's speed, and even a muscular body will slow you down.
