Damn thing is expensive in Georgia.

2018-09-13 01:29:58 UTC

@Iheanacho Compliance is my issue but I actually fast from Friday evening meal to Monday evening meal ๐Ÿ˜„ I don't workout on weekends so might as well let my body chill.

2018-09-13 01:30:09 UTC

I personally have a problem with gaining weight, I stay at 135 no matter how much I eat (I usually eat 4k cal a day)

2018-09-13 01:30:22 UTC

I did notice my appetite has been rather haywack lately. Emotions still affect my appetite but I still do not eat as much as I used to.

2018-09-13 01:30:28 UTC

But I'm at an ideal BMI so I don't want to gain anyways

2018-09-13 01:30:33 UTC

@ecks Yeah, explains the very low body fat. Everything is a blessing and curse.

2018-09-13 01:30:41 UTC

Yeah, you're golden dude. Are you muscular?

2018-09-13 01:30:46 UTC

I think the game dev days are what took a toll on my natural appetite.

2018-09-13 01:30:55 UTC

As long as you can do pullups, pushups, squats and run - you're good ๐Ÿ˜„

2018-09-13 01:31:04 UTC

I wouldn't say ripped, but more of a greek god physique

2018-09-13 01:31:06 UTC

No

2018-09-13 01:31:14 UTC

Jumping jacks help.

2018-09-13 01:31:24 UTC

@ecks Iโ€™m 22. I was the fat nerd at school. I do like being strong though, so Iโ€™m gonna try to do some strength training

2018-09-13 01:31:29 UTC

I do squats, sit-ups, and drink PLENTY of juice

2018-09-13 01:31:30 UTC

Maybe even humping jacks with any FWBs. Hehe

2018-09-13 01:31:37 UTC

Clothes on though.

2018-09-13 01:31:46 UTC

But keep them undies on

2018-09-13 01:32:03 UTC

A fun way for an excercise.

2018-09-13 01:32:18 UTC

If you overweight people want to lose weight, don't do strength training

2018-09-13 01:32:25 UTC

please

2018-09-13 01:32:25 UTC

greek god is ripped, isn't it? haha

2018-09-13 01:32:35 UTC

I learned that the hard way...

2018-09-13 01:32:50 UTC

But fat muscle man ain't always too bad.

2018-09-13 01:32:54 UTC

@ecks yeah don't do strength training but don't do too much cardio either - it's all about diet to lose the weight then add cardio and strength training

2018-09-13 01:33:00 UTC

Men and women are equal? Men store fat in their bellies, women store fat in their thighs

2018-09-13 01:33:05 UTC

^^ Obese one? Well that is a different story.

2018-09-13 01:33:05 UTC

well more muscle means more fat burned

2018-09-13 01:33:10 UTC

@ecks I donโ€™t care for losing weight, I just want to be buff and strong

2018-09-13 01:33:14 UTC

muscle needs more resources than fat

2018-09-13 01:33:16 UTC

If you're overweight do lots more cardio than strength

2018-09-13 01:33:26 UTC

hm...is that why women can't run fast as men?

2018-09-13 01:33:33 UTC

and if you're repping, do lower weight with more reps

2018-09-13 01:33:33 UTC

Weight loss will come naturally

2018-09-13 01:33:55 UTC

@IceRGodZ You kidding me? Course women can.

2018-09-13 01:33:55 UTC

If you're 270lbs, don't go running. Do rowing/biking/low impact. It's all about changing food intake to lose weight then increase higher impact like sprints.

2018-09-13 01:34:02 UTC

Better track runners.

2018-09-13 01:34:08 UTC

Especially them teenagers.

2018-09-13 01:34:09 UTC

A 270lb dude running is going to wreck his knees and more.

2018-09-13 01:34:30 UTC

I'm telling you guys, strength training will have very little effect on your weight

2018-09-13 01:34:31 UTC

I learned that the hard way

2018-09-13 01:34:47 UTC

strength and weight actually weighs down one's speed, and even a muscular body will slow you down.
