slight gender size difference
@ecks I fast 23 hours, eat 1 hour. I only eat veggies, meat, eggs, butter, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. My issue is just plain consistency. I go hard for 2 weeks but then cheat for a few days, then go back to strict. I slowly am getting my 6 pack back but it's a pain.
You tried protein shakes and keto diet?
@Iheanacho yeah, I am on keto and it's good but I can't seem to drop this stubborn blubber to where my abs show again

Another thing I *really* recommend is drinking meal supplement shakes like @Iheanacho said. It'll make you feel full and they have a bunch of protein
I’m also probably gonna have a job as maintenance. Aiming for janitor
Yeah, I only drink water or black coffee.
I should try some whey protein or something.
And I also recommend eating throughout the day, but very lightly instead of fasting
Just have to balance the glutton though. And of course hussle the 9 yard rounds like a dog.

If I had more money, I shall continue my keto diet.
Thing is, I’ve actually started eating less. Huge amounts of food aren’t appetizing to me anymore

@Iheanacho Compliance is my issue but I actually fast from Friday evening meal to Monday evening meal 😄 I don't workout on weekends so might as well let my body chill.
I personally have a problem with gaining weight, I stay at 135 no matter how much I eat (I usually eat 4k cal a day)
I did notice my appetite has been rather haywack lately. Emotions still affect my appetite but I still do not eat as much as I used to.
But I'm at an ideal BMI so I don't want to gain anyways

I think the game dev days are what took a toll on my natural appetite.
As long as you can do pullups, pushups, squats and run - you're good 😄

@ecks I’m 22. I was the fat nerd at school. I do like being strong though, so I’m gonna try to do some strength training
I do squats, sit-ups, and drink PLENTY of juice
