@machtyn Sounds like a decent plan. I would just keep in mind that any time that you try to quit or avoid something you are picking the hard way. I find it much easier to just look at something from an overall perspective and realize that while something may have some alluring characteristics that you have decided that taken as a whole you just would rather choose differently.
@Lilu Well the only real habit I want to quit/modify is nutrition. I’m pretty solid on everything else. Once I find my “thing” I’ll go balls to the wall and master it.
Not banging for a year doesn’t seem to painful honestly.
