I've got no issue with traditionalism. It's the only reasonable way to organize society. I do take issue with how people who advocate traditionalism will also advocate things like gender equality, only really opposing the most recent iterations of feminism.

The main reason traditionalism worked for so long was because of religion, monarchy, and draconian law enforcement. It simply was just 'lucky' enough to survive because of those factors.

And censorship was crucial to ensuring traditionalism works. They relied on censorship to prolong it.

It was not capable of this amount of micromanagement and wealth redistribution in the past, and often communities had to enforce justice.
