A lot of them do become MGTOW in a sense but don't take up the label, a lot of incels come to terms with their situation and decide they want to travel or something else as life goal but not entirely free from female validation and not over the male mother need.

So maybe not MGTOW in that sense.

Well, it's hard for them to get over that easily. Everybody pretty much craves to be cared for, to work against that takes decent amount of effort, when you've been denied that for no fault of your's, how would they feel? You see couples hanging around being happy and shit most of these guys would feel bad.
