RE2 is a classic and the remake looks phenomenal.

I know this is a stupid question so forgive me. Can I not withhold ANY money from my w4 but then on tax day pay the entire amount I owe or would they charge extra interest/penalties for not withholding during the year EVEN though I am paying all on time? The goal is to have no tax return.
