Again, I'll use the UK as an example as it is what I know; males hailing from the third world commit a disproportionate amount of the sexual crime. Yes, the game has changed and yet they are still referring to rules dating back decades. This is why our movement exists and is thriving.
But we can never let up. We still operate within a framework that they have created (most notably legally and societally).
