They still refuse to accept defeat
They seem to keep flipping on what kind of Democracy they want used to decide policies
They originally said that we need to trust MP's in Brexit and since UKIP never won an election we shouldn't leave
And now they want Direct Democracy back
Why listen to these other polls when we literally just had the only poll that counts a month ago?

>2016 Referendum

>2019 EU Election

even if you say you can only use the referendum to decide
thats 1-0
The only time Remain actually won was in the Local Elections
And that was largely because there weren't any proper pro-brexit parties standing
you missed 2014 EU election.
everyone, reply to that fbpe tweet with this image

if we want to be as pedantic as they are, opinion polling for every EU treaty that was passed without a referendum
Bollocks to them. 290
'I didn't vote for it so the people don't want it'
🤔
I do worry about the mental health of the West as a whole.
What even is an 'Elected Dictatorship'
venezuela
Especially since Johnson isn't even close to having dictatorial power
well to be fair in the case of the UK there is a concept that he might be referring to with that term that isn't completely stupid
i mean i think the term "dictator" and "dictatorship" are generally pretty stupid in and of themselves though
Well the winning party will have a lot of power because of the few limits on Parliament but it is hardly a dictatorship
i mean assad is elected but syria is still considered a "dictatorship", for example
Technically they didn't vote Assad... He's in a coalition government
I wonder how we are going to respond to our guy being arrested in Iran
Iran will probably ask for a couple billion for their war
how are people so attached
i'm pretty sure assad was directly elected
in 2014
it's true he wasn't elected before then
rather he was appointed by elected officials
