they sound better than the included headphones? they look the same

$230 - slightly better and they fit better in your ears. They are less bulky and have a good battery length on them.

Only issue I have is the docking station for it is so tiny, I'm scared of losing them.

I have a radio hosting license in my country, I'm up to date with the current broadcasting regulations in my country.

How long did that take you to get

6 months. I had to do it part time so I could do cohosting for a local radio station in my youth. I get it refreshed each year.
