@badtanman i've never seen that but i order supplements and shit online instead of buying at the grocery story. but an easy alternative would be Nature Made cal/mag/zinc which has D3 added to it and there is no soy on the ingredients list

Just throwing out a small update for anyone who might give a fuck, almost got doxxed, turns out one of my sister's friends is a faggot ass antifa scum and my sister knows I'm literally Hitler's spirit animal so she sent information to this cunt, said cunt contacted my house a few times and my mother found out I'm in with the 'alt right' or whatever, but seeing as she's computer illiterate and so is my dad it's unlikely they'll even do any searching into it. In case they do and realize I'm literally 'an evil nazi' if you don't hear from me for a while don't panic, I just have to be careful when sieg heiling over voice chat when my sister's lurking about... Tretcherous honourless scumbags... The lot of them. It just gives me a chance to fash out a bit, but I need to be careful, I can't even trust my own sister.
