Because people are just bigger versions of children.

They also dont want to have buy another season pass for the characters. But if they have a problem with that they should of railed about it during the FIRST time they did it.
Sounds to me like their complaints are valid.
People are complaining that they are shitting up the game with another copy-paste Fire Emblem swordsman. People paid for this, they are completely justified in complaining about it.
