I heard good things on aussies, some of my unit has worked with them
Worked with western europeons that are pretty decent
What sorts of things do you hear about the Aussie military?
and west texas is really shite but east central and north

we had an aussie in my platoon at my O course and when riled up id be like wut say again over on radio

my fire support guy trained heavily with them and they jumped from planes into the training with aussies, said the bush is savage
From what I gather, aussies are quite proficient with infantry tactics, patrolling, field craft etc. Geared towards legitimate homeland defense, good at COIN and bush wars, less concerned with large scale armored operations and logistics, excellent special operations community.
All of that appeals to me, in different degrees amd for various reasons.
