Pattern recognition, emotional, societal, logic, adaptability, knowledge, wisdom, experience... Its much more than online IQ tests when it comes to success. Also, while blacks do have a lower bell curve, it still soans the entire iq spectrum. There are high iq blacks, albeit statistically less than caucasians.
