Its a bit hard to do so. Blacks cannot realise they belong to different tribes but they think of themselves simply as African. Even if one modern "African" shares some genes with ancient egyptians its a proof for them. It doesn't work that way

@Deleted User you might be more knowledgable but theres this guy i know who says that teh reason for africa not producing anything substantial at all was a result of its lack of homogenenity, and says that stuff about iq ect means nothing, any ideas? he views africans as completely different to african-americans and just says that the 'white tests' are meant for white people ect, even the asian iq doesnt persuade him

Africans don't produce anything because its not part of their culture to produce things. Culture cannot change by a 200 year colonization or electricity or computers.

White people came and left, but for the majority of Africans who lived in rural villages it made little to no difference. It didn't change their lifestyle or attitude.

We don't really know much about how accurate IQ is it could be, but it could be not. We just don't know. But the fact that black people score lower in average does proove something. It maybe not point out intelligence genetically but culturally (ever heard of the phrase use it or lose it?). Someone who spends his life as a farmer or goatkeeper doesn't use his brain as much as someone who studies for college or works in Wall Street.
