The arrests will not take place publicly until after the election. Otherwise POTUS will be accused of abusing his power to influence the election. This doesn't mean that there are not military tribunals happening. GITMO has been built up to hold the traitors. Public and civilian arrests and trials are not possible yet until all houses are cleaned. Unfortunately slow and steady is the way. The Grand Canyon wasn't carved out in a year.
