Ranks is no. Roles are ok, but really shouldn't be nessecary beyond the basics.

No fuckin military ranks, I think national insignias, national flags, and state groups are good.
The only ranks I've seen in the left resistance is medics, chant leaders, and general resistance members.
Roles like maybe having designated videographers and shit? That could be decided per event no need to be set in stone
