Here's what I would do, since you are no longer doing the whole pizza thing, you have a bit of free time. I understand you're looking for a job, but I recommend looking up lawyers that do the "only pay if you win" thing and seeing if you can get some consultation on the situation.

I'm actually pretty curious in seeing where this can go, so if you run in to any legal fees while trying to set this whole thing up and figure it out, I would be willing to help organize a community effort to help you with the fees.

This seems like a pretty good case, it was very clear these people actually made a call to violence with the hyperlink they included. Make sure you document where the hyperlink leads to as well.

I was already trying to find a lawyer to see if I couldn't pursue a suit against Uno for racial discrimination. But yeah this might be a better thing to tackle. What kind of lawyer would I look for?

I actually found another job and have been working every day since I got it so I haven't had time to do all this shit I wanted to do like find a lawyer to sue my ex employer. I talked to one and he wasn't interested unless I got a determination from the EEOC
