The one thing about this storm is it has a fairly high minimum central pressure for a Cat 5. 931 millibars. Wilma's was 882 millibars at its lowest. Albeit Irma has only been a Cat 5 since 8AM AST

They do use Z in the greek alphabet though and there was a Tropical Storm Zeta which formed in late 2005
