It isn't about finding someone who agrees with you totally it's finding rational people and comparing their arguments and coming to your own conclusions

And I find party politics fascinating if frustrating

If you take someone else's opinion as holy writ you're no better than the normies

I never said there's no strain. But in party politics facts are generally thrown out of the windows in favour of "I prefer this"
You get MORE strain the more parties you have with different solutions to a problem.
But as long as people agree on the facts you can then decide if you care about them or not.

And I don't ask people to be ideologically pure, but rather just be honest about the problems at hand and the decisions that needs to be made.
People are so afraid to make their own side look weak they end up conjuring lies to cover it.

As mentioned earlier. Most "political" youtubers avoid actual politics.
I implied Sargon avoids real daily politics in favour of talking about some moronic blogger. Which is fine, but it's doing little on the political debate.
I never said Sargon was dishonest. From what I've noted (albeit I don't watch ALL of his stuff) he generally seems to cover the material properly when something is brought up, but he has to handpick the few things he wants to talk about.

The disbenefit of not being a major network, you can't cover everything. So it's fair. I just think he priotises things incorrectly.
