That computer simulation article makes one big mistake, if we're in a computer simulation the computer doesn't have to exist in our rules of physics.

actually the article doesn't make that mistake either, it says explicitly further below "The study also assumes that any potential puppet masters are using computers as we know them"
frankly the whole article is quite bad, it doesn't explain the case for why we probably _are_ in a simulation
