I mean. We get it. Your gay. Who the hell cares really?

2018-06-14 01:29:37 UTC

Well other than Islamists...But they are buay looking for roofs to throw them off.

2018-06-14 01:33:04 UTC

Why does there need to be pride parades at all when the original goal was acceptance and normalization?

2018-06-14 01:33:35 UTC

They have it. Its celebration now, which reverses those gains.

2018-06-14 01:46:26 UTC

Yeah, it's celebration

2018-06-14 01:46:30 UTC

i don't bother about that

2018-06-14 01:46:49 UTC

but, the same rules that applies to anyone else, should apply to them

2018-06-14 02:45:48 UTC

Yeah, if anything as Caledus stated the pride parade does not normalize being gay or homosexual at all. It infact puts more attention to the subject encouraging more backlash to it or makinh it look like a "social fad" which does not do it any good either. I mean yeah understandable that at one point homosexuality needed attention to help address social issues, but I find it less of an issue these days. Most people dont give a shit if your gay or not as long as you are not sitting there constantly condecending on others beliefs.

2018-06-14 02:46:02 UTC

But theb again im just preaching to the choir.

2018-06-14 02:56:33 UTC

It also takes away from the *gay isnt a choice* arguement when it becomes a *cultural fad*

2018-06-14 02:58:49 UTC

I don’t mean to change the subject too hard, but can I ask about the steel and aluminum tariffs? I understand that China is by far the biggest producer of those metals, and America is one of the biggest consumers. So why should we be concerned about protecting our steel/aluminum industries? I could see small tariffs on finished products, like foreign cars, computers, and electronics, which America makes a lot of. But our steel/aluminum companies can never hope to outstrip China in the long run, so why not encourage a transition from refining to manufacturing, domestically, and let China stay industrial and produce the materials which we can make more expensive, better stuff out of. China gets a customer, and we get cheap materials as we progress into our information economy. It seems a win/win, rather than the tariffs now where nobody’s really winning.

2018-06-14 03:05:51 UTC

Tarriffs are more than just that. The tarrifs are semi punishing. And honestly we arnt hurting badly from them. To be honest everyone overhypes chinas economic power. They really arnt that strong. And what i find ironic is the us pays high tariffs to many other countries on products, but the moment the US says anything about raising ours, not even to their level its bad.

2018-06-14 03:07:21 UTC

Do you know why? All those countries have many things on a socialist model. And use the tariffs to help pay the deficits that makes. So to tarriff back or them lowering there is would cause to many issies with their models. Notice though the moment it was mentioned about the allies, china was forgotren about by most nations m

2018-06-14 03:08:23 UTC

In the end its 80% political. The thing about it is China does export a lot of that. But they import massive amounts of food [still not enough to feed their people. But communism]

2018-06-14 03:08:39 UTC

Much of that food is American soy and rice.

2018-06-14 03:09:19 UTC

There wont be a trade war. The communists dont want it. It will end in starvation and rebellion against the PRC

2018-06-14 10:07:21 UTC
