well a small thing to know about the nato leader. stoltenberg was one of the worst in history to build down the norwegian military. while he was the prime minister of norway the budghest for the millitary was so cut so badly the army did not have money for bullets to train with.

the good news from norway is that they have approved the new state budget for 2019 and army is getting 2% gdp as it set by nato demands. it was desided before even trumps ramblings
