Tbh cosco is rather center lane when it comes to this stuff. They carry both left and right wing stuff together. I went one day and saw a praise trump and hate trump sitting right next to each other.

Esop is one version there is also essp which the stocks are owned automatically as upposed to esop when you have to be there a period before they are awarded.

It tends to be a far better system than 401k, especially for younger employees, as well it gives the workers a stake in the company which directly makes them more invested in it.
