in an environment that is too loud and casual for people to bother "giving consent" for physical flirting
is he under attack simply because he was nominated to the supreme court?
is that what's going on?
shes also incapable of judging from her vantage point whether consent was given for grinding. maybe they whispered the consent over 250 decibels of rap music
he is a conservative, aka a nazi mass rapist in the eyes of the left
of course
of course
I mean how could anyone not see that
Consent in dancing is generally given via participation
he's obviously instituted a total nazi takeover
If the guy is found innocent but he doesnt get the position, or the dems continue to slander, this is grounds to further distrust all feminist activists' accusations.
bit like the pence rule
everything these idiots do will have an equal and opposite reaction
something I'm very disconcerted by is that I'm seeing ground being ceded to the far left all the time but I never see anything holding it's ground or being taken back
kavanaugh needs to sue the ever living shit out of these people and require them to have abject proof of there claims or hit them with slander
i was literally taught how to do grinding by a girl
he'll have to attack all the tabloids spreading missinformation that he is guilty without being proven innocent
I dont see them backing down
black girl at a party: dance with me, no, no, like this, no really, thats okay
people really need to realize that girls have sex drives just like any other normal person
yeah, but with 4th wave feminism they will use any dirty trick to further their political cause for socialist policy and female supremacy
if you want to hear some of the most vulgar shit ever, end up with some 40 years old housewife drunk on wine that is out on the town like a pack of cugars hungry for meat
@seriade the burden of proof for slander includes malice. Which is severely difficult to do in private interactions, but public figures it is nearly impossible
no thx to middle aged drunk women
smart
CBD users need to stop lying to themselves about it not getting you high
Just because you dont have a headrush doesnt mean youre not acting like a retard and making terrible decisions that punish everyone around you
Carry on
@Fitzydog @Angus Covfefe was used before the Yanny/Laurel thing. In that video it was just a joke
"Covfefe" was Trump possibly trying to spell "coverage" in a half sentence tweet he half assed at midnight and didn't delete until the start of the next business day, leaving the media to stir about what he might be signaling
@Angus Regarding Democrats vehement opposition to Kavanaugh, though he's said Roe v Wade is an established precedent they fear he will flip it(which just means leaving it back to the states to individually decide) and also his thoughts back in 2009 on if a sitting President should be brought to court while in office means that Kavanaugh won't help impeach Trump(despite the fact that he explicitly noted Congresses power to do just that. He was referencing deferral of civil lawsuits until after the president is out of office)
@Legiondude Yeah, we covered that
I was just using it as an anecdote that Trump's aware of the joke
**NeoSeraphi#0905** was cleansed from the server.
@Legiondude most people who think he will just overturn roe v wade dont know how SCOTUS opperates anyway. A case has to come from the lower courts, then it and others are presented to SCOTUS and they decude if they will hear it or pass on it due to legal precident already on the books.
Its not like they sit at the bench and are like. "Today we will vote on x"
Its a large procedure and proceding
SCOTUS can overturn previous rulings, however, as seen by Brown v Board. So theyre not entirely wrong that it ***could*** happen ***in theory*** despite the fact that he stated (multiple times) he thinks (mistakenly imo) that its settled law.
But even then its a process that has to come from the lower courts, than SCOTUS has to decide to hear it or defer
I know SCOTUS has reversed previous rulings they did it on gay marriage
Yea. But process doesn't nessisarly stop it from happening. So you can see how that understanding doesnt really convince any lefty to stop proclaiming doomsday at the fact a Republican is nominating justices
I think the more fundemental misunderstanding is about what roe v wade even does.
a SCOTUS ruling can take years before it even comes to the SCOTUS judges
