like I can just go back to whatever it was before
just being super careful cause I could lose the warranty on this if I completely remove Windows
not remove* write over
Yep
yes, as long as you are still booting from a usb or other external media, you'r fine.
ok cool
I highly suggest following a detailed tutorial should you choose actually partition your drive.
thanks
I plan on doing so
@Werlf how much ssd space do you have?
what does ssd mean
also, if you do partition your drive, or completely give windows the kaput, make a backup drive first
solid state drive
Like memory how much can it store
604 GB
Ah
😮
@Deleted User no thats free space*
I have a TB
Partitioning 20-30gb is fine enough
Terabyte
right
?
Yeah
I assume most of it is one big windows partition? Shrinking partitions tends to be rather problematic
I know its rather easy to do so, but I'm proud of myself
never done anything like this
I'm using the browser version of discord atm
sudo apt-get install werlfDidIt
I'm going to pretend to understand what that means
sudo apt-get install OhBoyWillYouLearn
uh

up, I've never installed Mint, so I am unsure if it allows you to do that while installing.
When I installed Ubuntu the first time I believe I partitioned first.
WASSUP EVERYONE
guess I'm going to have to figure that out
ok so to do this I'm gonna go back to windows 10
