plus mod organizer is such a great utility tool

it doesn't save mods in your data folder

saves them in separate folders so things rarely break

@Banana_sodawhen you install MO2 make sure it isn't installed in it's own location instead you want it to install all the files in the Skyrim folder, not create a folder in the Skyrim folder

when you do this you can have multiple instances of mo2 for different games

and installing them in the same place as games reduces chance of breaking
