I stand corrected, then. Perhaps he has had balkanization in mind for a while...we lost touch from 2012 until 2017, so i don't know what he was up to between that time (I know he was in the Knight's Party, after WR shutdown, so I didn't figure Balkanization was a platform for him, since the Knight's Party is 100% Murikan).
